How do I connect my Shopify store?
Go to your client profile → Shopify tab → enter your store subdomain → click "Connect with Shopify" and follow the authorization flow.
How do I disconnect MENToR.IA from my Shopify store?
Go to your Shopify admin → Apps → MENToR.IA → Delete app. This will revoke all permissions immediately.
What data does MENToR.IA access from Shopify?
We access orders, customers (counts only), products, inventory, and analytics data to build your KPI dashboards. We never access payment information.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Email
[email protected] with your store domain. We will process your request within 30 days.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices.
