By using MENToR.IA ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MENToR.IA, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MENToR.IA is a SaaS platform for marketing and advertising agencies that provides KPI dashboards, Meta Ads integration, Shopify analytics, team management tools, and AI-powered insights.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Shopify Integration

By connecting your Shopify store, you grant MENToR.IA permission to access your store data as specified during installation. You can revoke this access at any time from your Shopify admin panel. We will only use your store data to provide the services described in this agreement.

5. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months of service
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Use the Service to spam or harass others
• Resell the Service without written permission

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you import into MENToR.IA. We do not claim ownership of your business data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your data to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

MENToR.IA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
